Finding the right therapist is about feeling emotionally safe, seen, and supported. If you’re looking for someone who values collaboration, honors your lived experience, and helps you explore the deeper patterns in your relationships, we might be a good fit. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, meaning I pay close attention to how your past and present relationships shape your emotional world. I bring warmth, curiosity, and structure to our sessions, and I’ll always invite your feedback as we co-create a space that feels empowering and attuned to your needs. The best way to know is to meet and see how it feels to be in the room (or on the screen) together. This is why I also include an initial consultation call at no cost to start the conversation and reflect on if it feels like a good fit.
Private pay fees are $110 per hour.

If your insurance is not listed above, I can provide documentation to provide insurance for potential reimbursement, however this is not a guarantee that the insurance will cover the costs.
Prior to our first appointment we will gather insurance information or payment information (for private pay) to have on file through the patient portal. Everything is done electronically, I do not accept direct payments, they go through a secure electronic platform.
Life can be chaotic and things happen. If we have an appointment scheduled, I ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. This is to protect my time as well as protect your finances from a potential late cancellation charge. Cancellation or rescheduling can be done through the patient portal or by contacting me directly via text or call (253) 400-8588. Once booked and confirmed for an appointment forms will be sent to you electronically to review and complete for our first appointment. These forms include an intake packet and my counseling disclosure form. These are important documents for gathering additional insight into our work together and also provide you more information on your rights in counseling.
