About Hannah

“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren't always comfortable, but they're never weakness.” - Brene Brown

Meet Your Counselor

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and earned my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Puget Sound. I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Psychology with a minor in Addiction Treatment from the University of Nevada, Reno. My clinical experience includes inpatient rehab for substance use and co-occurring disorders, outpatient therapy, and two years of outreach counseling with individuals experiencing homelessness or living in shelters.

Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me hiking through Washington’s stunning landscapes or curled up with a good book and a strong cup of coffee during the rainy season.

My Approach

I specialize in trauma-informed care that honors the complexity of your lived experience. My work is deeply relational, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, both with others and within ourselves. I also share my space with two curious cats who occasionally make surprise appearances in telehealth sessions.

I focus on interpersonal process: exploring how past relationships shape present patterns, how emotional wounds show up in connection, and how therapy itself can become a space to practice new ways of relating.

What to Expect

Therapy with me is rooted in relationship. I believe healing happens in connection, through honest dialogue, emotional safety, and a shared commitment to growth. In our work together, we’ll explore how your past relationships shape your present patterns, how you show up with others, and how you experience being seen. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a steady presence to help you navigate vulnerability, boundaries, and the deeper meanings behind your interactions. You can expect a space that honors your autonomy while inviting authentic connection, where we co-create insight and practice new ways of relating, both to others and to yourself.
